About Eureka Call Centre Systems (ECCS)
Eureka Call Centre Systems (ECCS) is being honoured as one of the CTI training ground whom is willing to train PWDs in their call centre. Eureka Call Centre Systems has re-engineered and modified its call centre systems to suit and facilitate PWDs like the visually impaired and/or the low vision people. The systems in ECCS is being enhanced with voice synthesizers and screen enlargers that has the all-in-one systems that enable each individual's own customization to suit their preferences.
Internship Description
Eureka Call Centre Systems (ECCS) will train individuals in outbound cold calling to customers and clients. You will be under the 6 month Internship Training programme whereby you will be learning and at the same time being provided with allowances during the training. Upon completion of the Internship, you will be deploy to Eureka Call Centre Systems (ECCS) commercial partners to have a better prospect and higher paid career in call centres.
